When is my order arriving?

You can check your tracking number on the email sent to you by our shipper, which is UPS.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

At PruPak we make every effort to expedite your order.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.  If the order is customized the lead time could be extended and you may be able to make a modification. If your order has shipped, we would not be able to cancel or modify the order.

How long does it take to process the order?

For non custom PruPaks, lead time will be 5-7 days to your door in the continental United States. For custom logo product, lead time will be 12-15 days.

When will you charge my credit card?

We authorize the payment on your card at time of placing order, but will not process it until we are ready to ship the order.

Will I receive a confirmation email of tracking number for my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and you will also receive an email by the shipper when your package is scanned.  Any questions, please don’t hesitate to call.

Can I buy a Gift Card?

Yes, PruPak offers an electronic gift card, so you receive instantly!  You can purchase them on our website product page or click here.
